I built a 3d model of the Second Opinion using a house design program just so I could take a screenshot of it as a point of reference when I did the thumbnails for panel 3.

Jechin comes down the stairs into the main floor of the Second Opinion. Silvia leans out the kitchen door.
SILVIA: Morning, Jechin. Coffee?
Silvia and Jechin stand in the kitchen, drinking coffee.
JECHIN: I knew I let you stay for a reason.
SILVIA: Oh, please. I'm a fantastic tenant.
She smirks.
SILVIA: And you know this place would fall apart without me.
